Location: Sprachcaffe is situated in the University of Sussex. The university is to the north of Brighton, in the Falmer neighbourhood. Falmer is a quiet region of the city, with residential blocks and lots of green space.
Getting around: Falmer Train Station is 10 minutes by foot from the University Campus. It has a regular service to the centre of the city, which takes about 10 minutes to the central Brighton Train Station. To reach the centre of the city from here, it is a 15-minute walk down the hill. Alternatively, there are bus routes that reach the city centre directly, and these take about 30 minutes.
Local attractions: The majority of the city’s attractions are found in the central area of Brighton, particularly along the seafront. The focal point of this is Brighton Palace Pier. This takes about 40 minutes by public transport from the school. From here students can walk to all the other attractions within Brighton.
Course structure: The school offers adult English classes in a group environment or as one-to-one lessons. There are junior programmes during the summer months that include English lessons, an activity programme and full board accommodation at the university residence.
School facilities: Sprachcaffe provides comfortable classrooms for maximum learning potential, a student lounge and free wifi throughout the building.
