Location: Cavendish School of English Junior Centre Oxford is a summer language institute for junior students located in the historic and culturally rich city of Oxford, England. The school is housed in Thornton College near Oxford, a prestigious English boarding school housed in the 14th-century Manor House of Lord Chastillon. These historic and abundant 25-acre grounds are ripe with forests, meadows, rivers and more, ensuring junior students receive an experience like no other whilst studying with Cavendish School of English Junior Centre Oxford.
Accommodation: Accommodation is allocated in single or shared rooms (multiple beds), with shared bathrooms. All accommodation is full board, with freshly prepared meals given in the dining room three times a day.
Meals consist of a continental breakfast, a 3-course meal, consisting of a starter, a main course, and a dessert for lunch, and a 2-course meal for dinner.
School facilities: The school offers expansive boarding house facilities with much history. The classrooms are equipped ¡with interactive whiteboards and have ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment. There is also a private chapel, a dining room, a cafe, several accommodation buildings, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a large sports hall, a theatre, a library, and a computer room. Students also have a range of grass and astroturf football, tennis and cricket fields.

Please note: Scheduled airport transfer services are available on Sundays between London Heathrow and each of the Gold Edition Summer Centres. Pick-up services collect from Heathrow at 10:00 and 15:00 and drop-off services arrive at Heathrow at 09:00 and 13:00.
Students who depart outside of the scheduled transfer service times will need to book a private taxi. Arrivals for Gold Edition centres are always Sunday and departures are Sunday. If a student arrives later than Sunday, some programme points and/or lessons can be missed.- Days without class

The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 20.
