Location: This school is found in the neighbourhood known as Westwood, to the far west of Los Angeles. It is a few streets away from the University of California Los Angeles Campus. The centre of the area is minutes from the school, and there is a thriving epicentre with shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and malls.

Public transportation: Whilst everything within Westwood is within walking distance of the school, there are transportation routes to the other areas within Los Angeles. There are direct buses to Hollywood and Beverly Hills, a short walk from Kaplan School. The centre of Los Angeles is just over an hour away, and although there are no direct routes, there are a number of bus routes to take you there.

Local attractions: The Getty is a highlight of Westwood, and 35 minutes by public transport from the school. The Franklin Canyon Park is a 20-minute drive from Kaplan, whilst the Hollywood sign is 45 minutes away by car. The museums, galleries and other attractions within Los Angeles are all accessible by bus from the stations near the school.     Orientation starts every Monday at 12:45.
Individual classes
Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 100 US$. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.
