Location: ISI Language School Shinjuku is located in the heart of Tokyo, amid skyscrapers, shops and entertainment; the lights and bustle generally associated with Tokyo streets. The school is extremely well connected to the rest of the city and points beyond thanks to its proximity to Shinjuku Station. Amid the commerce, within easy walking distance, students will find Shinjuku Central Park, home to the Shinjuku Niagara Falls, a fountain modeled after the famous waterfall. Further away but still walkable, students will find the beautiful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. The Yoyogi Shrine in Shibuya is also about 30 minutes away on foot.
ISI Shinjuku Campus: The Shinjuku Campus of ISI Language School works under the concept of providing a Discovery Gateway for its students: a comprehensive learning environment, going beyond language classes to include support for career paths and higher education studies in Japan as well as cultural exchange. The school is Japan's largest Japanese language school, it is housed in a 14-floor building with well over a hundred classrooms including classrooms dedicated to art and music classes. It also has spaces dedicated to counselling and career services, lounges, study areas, a meeting room and an infirmary.
Getting around: Shinjuku City, is a special ward within the city of Tokyo. The busiest train station in the world, Shinjuku Station, is just a fifteen-minute walk from the school. There are also several other train stations and subway stations closer to the school, ensuring that wherever you are, it’s easy to get to the school. Tokyo International Airport is about one hour away by public transport and Tokyo Station, the city’s central train station, is 25 minutes away by public transport.
