Venue: Oxford International Education Junior Centre in Malibu on the California coast is based at Pepperdine University, renowned for its beautiful campus. The centre has a panoramic view of the Pacific ocean on one side and the Santa Monica Mountain Range on the other. Only half an hour away from the beautiful resort town of Santa Monica, Oxford International Education Junior Centre is less than an hour’s drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Programmes: Oxford International Education Junior Centre in Malibu offers a summer residential programme to junior students from age 10 to 17. Each week they attend an English language course at their level and participate in a wide variety of activities on campus as well as excursions to nearby locations, including some of the most iconic attractions of Los Angeles.
Accommodation: Students at Oxford International Education Junior Centre stay in apartment-style residences where each apartment has from 2 to 4 twin rooms, semi-private bathrooms and a living room. A full-board meal plan is included and meals are taken in the campus dining facilities.
Facilities: The campus at Pepperdine University provides ample space for the programme of activities. The large sports fields, sports complex, volleyball courts and swimming pool, alongside many other indoor and outdoor spaces for interactive activities from conversation classes to disco nights.
