Location: The school is located in central Maroochydore, just moments from the beautiful Maroochy beach and close to Sunshine Plaza - the Sunshine Coast’s largest shopping centre. There are restaurants, cafes, bars and smaller shopping malls all around the area.
Getting around: The central Maroochydore Bus station is a seven-minute walk from Lexis English, and a number of buses around the area leave from here. The city itself is very walkable, and the school itself is in a prime location making this very convenient as a base to explore.
Course structure: Lexis English has exam preparation courses for the Cambridge exams as well as the IELTS exam. There are also group and individual classes in general English.
School facilities: The school has start of the art classrooms with smart TVs and they are all very spacious. Some classrooms even have computers for students to use during their class. There are two kitchens that students can use, balconies with ocean views, a student lounge, wifi throughout the building and self access learning resources for all to use.
Student support desk: The reception desk has a student support staff who are on hand to assist students with any issues that may arise during their stay at Lexis English, and to help them make the most of their experience.
Lexis Workshop: This is a programme created for students at Lexis English to attend to help students find part-time work whilst studying at the school.
Social programme: There is a selection of afternoon social activities from Monday to Friday organised by the school that include sports and excursions.

This course fully complies with the official Bildungsurlaub requirements, offering employees the opportunity to use their educational leave for meaningful professional and personal development. Participants benefit from 25 hours of structured language instruction aimed at strengthening communication skills for the workplace and beyond. To meet the 30-hour weekly requirement, the programme also includes an additional 5 hours of guided academic and homework support, allowing students to deepen their understanding, practise independently with expert feedback, and consolidate the progress made in class.
