“I would highlight two aspects:
- Very small groups. Although there were about 50-100 students of Thai origin in the school, we were only about 10 foreign students. We were grouped into three groups. In my group (upper-intermediate) we were 4 students during the first week and only 3 students during the second and third week.
- The teaching methodology. Class sessions were taught by different teachers. During the three weeks I had 7-8 different teachers and everyone knew at all times what content had been worked in the previous classes and what content they had to teach.”
Insider tip: “I can only say positive things about the school. As for my accommodation, I stayed at Aiya Residence Hotel and it was fine. However, I would like to note that the only difference between the superior room (9000 bth) and the deluxe room (13000 bth) was the space (32 m2 versus 40 m2) as they offered the same. Therefore, I recommend you to choose a superior room instead of the deluxe (I chose deluxe because I was told superior rooms were in poor condition which was not true, because a friend stayed there a few days and was able to check it). Also, I must add that I had to pay about 50 euros extra for electricity and water. I think in Bangkok you can get better accommodation and better located for the price I paid.”
Other comments: It would be great that the school had a program of social activities or a person responsible for it. The only social activity conducted by the school once a week was organised by the teachers themselves every Wednesday evening and consisted of a dinner, a game of bowling or going out to a pub.

"I booked the Mona Suite and was told that the standard room (package with the school) was not available, so I paid the same price for the smallest room as for the standard room. On site I realised that the standard room with 32 sqm was free. I was very disappointed. What I really appreciate about the accommodation is the cleanliness and the staff (super friendly and helpful).

“The General English class will cover listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar from 9:00 to 11:00. After a 15 minute break, the class returns for communication classes from 11.15 to 12.15. The afternoon class, from 13:15 to 15:15, will cover general English and focus on discussion and conversation.”

“These are individual or semi-individual lessons prepared according to your particular needs. This course is designed for students who wish to study specific subjects in English. This includes preparation for the IELTS, SAT, GED, TOEFL, CAE, CPE, FCE and TOEIC exams. The class can also focus on business English, writing, speaking, presentations and pronunciation.”
