"Super friendly and helpful staff, everything very clean, spacious rooms with good air conditioning, hot water excellent. Great location; underground approx. 5 minutes, SkyTrain approx. 10 minutes, school approx. 13 minutes. The rooftop hot tub is great, but there is no swimming pool. I would book this hotel again anytime."

"I visited this school for the second time and I have to say that I wasn't so satisfied this time, all the old good teachers are gone and the new teachers are so-so. I think the rapid change of staff is a great pity! The lessons are not coordinated between the teachers and there is a lack of organisation."

"I booked the Mona Suite and was told that the standard room (package with the school) was not available, so I paid the same price for the smallest room as for the standard room. On site I realised that the standard room with 32 sqm was free. I was very disappointed. What I really appreciate about the accommodation is the cleanliness and the staff (super friendly and helpful)."

"I would highlight two aspects:
- Very small groups. Although there were about 50-100 students of Thai origin in the school, we were only about 10 foreign students. We were grouped into three groups. In my group (upper-intermediate) we were 4 students during the first week and only 3 students during the second and third week.
- The teaching methodology. Class sessions were taught by different teachers. During the three weeks I had 7-8 different teachers and everyone knew at all times what content had been worked in the previous classes and what content they had to teach."

"I can only say positive things about the school. As for my accommodation, I stayed at Aiya Residence Hotel and it was fine. However, I would like to note that the only difference between the superior room (9000 bth) and the deluxe room (13000 bth) was the space (32 m2 versus 40 m2) as they offered the same. Therefore, I recommend you to choose a superior room instead of the deluxe (I chose deluxe because I was told superior rooms were in poor condition which was not true, because a friend stayed there a few days and was able to check it). Also, I must add that I had to pay about 50 euros extra for electricity and water. I think in Bangkok you can get better accommodation and better located for the price I paid."

"It would be great that the school had a program of social activities or a person responsible for it. The only social activity conducted by the school once a week was organised by the teachers themselves every Wednesday evening and consisted of a dinner, a game of bowling or going out to a pub."
