Location: Instituto Superior de Español (ISE) Amazon Jungle is uniquely located in the biodiverse site of the Yasuni National Park Biosphere Reserve in the Amazon Basin, an area registered as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The school is housed within an Eco-lodge in the jungle, around an hour's journey on a motorised canoe from Coca, Ecuador.
Course selection: The Tourist Amazon Spanish Course is suitable for students of all levels. The programme includes 20 Spanish lessons per week, transportation between the lodge and Quito Airport (arrival and departure), accommodation, meals, tours and excursions.
Social and cultural: The abundance of biodiversity in the area surrounding the school is fantastic. Activities and excursions in the area can include observing local wildlife in their natural habitats, hiking, exploring the jungle at night, piranha fishing and visiting local indigenous families.
