Location: Ascot is south west of London, and the location of Emerald Cultural Institute Junior Centre - St George's School. The school is inbetween the large towns of Woking and Reading. The area is famous for horseracing and there are lots of golf courses and playing fields surrounding the town.
Getting around: There is a direct train from Ascot to Waterloo, which takes just over an hour. Waterloo has a well connected tube station with four major lines running through it. This makes exploring the capital city very easy. London Heathrow, the largest British airport, is a 30 minute drive from Emerald Cultural Institute Junior Centre - St George's School. Woking and Reading are both just over a 30 minute drive from Ascot.

Nationals from USA do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 20. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.
