"The location of the school is very nice! Activities are offered."

"School was overbooked, which meant that students who arrived last could not attend classes. Classrooms completely overcrowded . This explains the cheap price. The coffee machine was constantly broken and there was no possibility to buy other drinks or snacks. Toilets dirty and school generally not very clean. Poor organisation."

"Very poorly organised. Teens are put into adult courses. Teachers are not native speakers and some are not really confident in English (gross grammatical blunders, 3rd person singular 's' omitted, "sometimes" and "often" mistaken...). School rooms quite run down. Reception could not help with questions about bus transport. No working sockets to charge mobile phones. Toilet flush was broken. Many students between 20-30 years old."

"I am delighted to recommend it, a journey through time for anyone who visits it, an island of the west, a wonderful little world between the past and the present, between Europe and Africa. San Giljen is easy to explore, everything is within walking distance. Built on the hills, the ups and downs of the town gave it a real daily workout. The bay waters are crystal clear with tiny jellyfish in them."

"There was no kitchen/kitchen facilities in the residence besides a fridge so it was not easy to make a dinner. Canteen has very nice food! You have to go to the office and request the trips as they are quite often not well promoted. In the end they end up not happening because they don't have the minimum amount of people. Apart from that, language assessments should involve speaking too, as it caused some problems if they are good in grammar but they are not able to speak."

"Age range for Young Learners. Good option for young kids who want to start English lessons to avoid classes with teenagers. Most schools offer wider age range which is not beneficial for younger kinds. Our son who was reluctant to start learning English was encouraged to speak and now he is eager to continue classes back at home."

"Dear Claudia, Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your stay however we would like you to elaborate further so that we can investigate this. We know that you weren't satisfied with the food provided by your host mother but you never mentioned that you weren't satisfied with the lessons while you were studying with us. We also understand that the late arrival of your baggage (almost half way through your stay) might have effected your opinion about your overall stay in Malta and we could understand your frustration because of this however we couldn't do anything more to rectify this,but to speak to Air Malta to deliver your suitcase as soon as possible (which we did constantly as we were in contact with you via Whatsapp trying to sort it out for you)"
