French language schools in Le Gosier

Le Gosier has some lovely restaurants and parks and beautiful beaches, both private and public. Parking is relatively easy-especially compared to Point a Pitre. Overall very nice and a good launching off point to other areas on Grand Terre if you have a car.

Small old town, 2 public beaches. It's OK. If the school wasn't there, I might have gone to another town. But the people are very friendly!

Le Gosier as a city would actually be pretty, but sadly the picture was clouded a little because of the barricades.

There's hardly anything going on in Le Gosier. It's a small place. There is a small evening market on Fridays.

Le Gosier is a great City - lovely little beach, delicious food, friendly locals and not too touristy.

The scenery behind Le Gosier is underrated. There is not much public transport during the weekend.

Well located, connection to public transport.

Nice place, not as touristy as Saint Anne!

I find it to be an excellent course.

The teachers have very good French with accent-free pronunciation and a pleasant voice. The lessons were tailored to the language level and were a very good mix of grammar exercises, reading, reading comprehension, listening comprehension and conversation. My room had air conditioning and the accommodation was less than a 10 minute walk from the school.

The location of the school is great and the teachers are nice. The learning atmosphere was good.
You should have a clear idea of what you want to learn / focus on (e.g. grammer, speaking, ...) and communicate it so the teacher can prepare the classes accordingly. Otherwise don't expect too much as the school barely offers anything else.

Nice teachers who listen to us. Positive: after two weeks of not being able to keep up with the class, when more people arrived (the class was full), a teacher was organised for me who went through the basics with me that I needed in order to be able to understand anything at all.
Excursions are not actively organised by the school. They can be organised on request. But these trips are chaotic and more expensive than going on your own. It is best to rent a car yourself or join forces with other students.
