Location: PLUS Junior Centre Chelmsford is located in the city of Chelmsford, around 50km northeast of London, England. The area is renowned for its Victorian and modern buildings, with Chelmsford city centre offering a selection of shopping centres, eateries and sites of interest. The school is within one of the largest agricultural universities in the UK and is surrounded by a farm. It has landscaped gardens and the joys of the English countryside, in addition to sporting and recreational facilities.
Getting around: Chelmsford railway station is around a 35-minute journey from London Liverpool station (direct), offering opportunities for international arrivals and departures. The city centre of Chelmsford is around a 15-minute journey from the school campus by bus.
Course selection: The expansive sporting facilities available to the school mean that many junior courses are available in conjunction with sports such as Rugby, Football, Tennis and Dance. Classic programmes are also readily available. Each programme includes tuition, activities, meals, accommodation and excursions.
Social and cultural: The activities included in these junior programmes are varied, ranging from Karaoke and Talent shows to Treasure hunts and dance competitions. Excursions may include trips to London, Oxford, Canterbury, Cambridge and more.
Accommodation: PLUS Junior Centre Chelmsford can provide accommodation on campus in residential facilities or with local homestay families. All Homestay families have been police checked and are experienced hosts.

Nationals from USA do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 20. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.
