Location: Oxford International Education Junior Centre in Egham is based on the campus of Royal Holloway, University of London. The beautiful, wooded campus is home to several historic Victorian buildings. The Founder’s Building, which dominates the campus, is modelled after a French Château, lending a truly regal feel to its 135 acres. Students at Oxford International Education Junior Centre Egham have easy access to London and the countless attractions there.
Programmes: For a few weeks during the summer months, students ages 10 through 17 years can join the OIE Summer Camp at Royal Holloway to learn or improve their English and participate in a full agenda of activities and excursions to nearby attractions, not the least of which being the City of London. Older students at Oxford International Education Junior Centre at Royal Holloway can choose to participate in other special academic programmes to complement their English studies such as Employability for the 21st century or Academic Skills for Higher Education. If desired, students on the programme can also sit the Trinity GESE exam for an additional fee.
Accommodation: Students on the Oxford International Education Junior Centre residential programmes in Egham stay in on campus apartment-style residences where they are lodged in ensuite rooms, and share the “apartment” with several other students. Each apartment is equipped with a shared kitchen. The residence is conveniently located near the campus canteen.
Getting there: The campus of Royal Holloway, University of London is less than a 20 minute drive from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and Egham Railway Station is 6 minutes away by taxi or 22 minutes on foot.

Visa Documents
Nationals from USA do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 20. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.
