Location: The school is in the centre of Celebration, just on the edge of the River Rianhard. The area around Open Hearts Language Academy is filled with international restaurants and cafes. A short walk from the school is the Celebration Town Center. This is an open air shopping mall with boutiques, bakeries and a farmers market on Sundays.
Getting around the area: Everything within Celebration itself is walkable from the school. Orlando is the largest city to Celebration. Orlando has a train service that stretches down through Florida. Students can take a bus from Central Celebration to the closest train station to visit Orlando. This whole journey usually takes under two hours to complete. By car, the city is 25 minutes away.
Local attractions: Bay Lake is home to Walt Disney World® Resort. It is possible to reach here by bus from Celebration in 15 minutes, or by car in around 10. For those who love theme parks there is another more local theme park, Old Town, to the east of the city. This is 40 minutes away by foot or 5 minutes by car.
Course structure: The school offers courses in English as private lessons or group classes. The group courses are for general English or exam preparation programmes for either the IELTS or the TOEFL exam.
School facilities: There are a number of amenities that students can use during their stay including a computer lab, student lounge, balcony with a lake view and wifi throughout the building.
