Venue: Myddelton College Denbigh provides a junior summer camp experience in the Welsh town of Denbigh. These programmes are housed within Myddelton College, a top independent boarding established on 37 acres of land in Wales. The school is on the outskirts of Denbigh in a breathtaking 19th-century building.
Course selection: These junior summer experiences are not language orientated in that there are no direct language lessons given on the programme. In contrast, students work together in an international environment, working on projects, activities, workshops and interactions, giving students plenty of opportunities to practise their English whilst having a great time.
School facilities: The school facilities are extensive, ensuring students have all they need to have a memorable and informative junior summer camp experience whilst studying at Myddelton College. The school facilities include a full-size football pitch, a rugby pitch, four tennis courts, an indoor climbing wall, a caving simulator, a large indoor sports hall, a dance studio, a gym and an equestrian facility.
Accommodation: Accommodation is on-site, in residential boarding school facilities. Students are allocated single or twin rooms with shared bathrooms.
Social and cultural: These programmes are full of activities and excursions.
Activities can include arts & crafts, debating, scavenger hunts, sports, team games, campfire building and more.
Excursions can include trips to Alton Towers, Bryntasilio Adventure Park and more.
