What we dislike about the school
- Do not offer favorable cancellation terms in the case of a student getting a visa rejected.
Location: The school is located in the south of Sucre, in the Casco Viejo neighbourhood. There are a number of historical landmarks, churches, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops.
Getting around: Sucre is a small city, and is easily walkable. The centre of the city is a 25-minute walk from LatinoSchools. The majority of the features of the city are in the south of Sucre. Simon Bolivar Park is a 15-minute walk from the school. LatinoSchools is close to a pocket of features in Sucre including the Plaza 25 de Mayo, Treasure Museum and Freedom House. 10 minutes south of the school is the Monasterio de La Recoleta and Museo de Arte Indígena.
Course structure: LatinoSchools has an intensive group Spanish course for those students who want to get used to the daily use of the language. One-to-one classes with the teacher are encouraged at the school as this allows students to focus on their specific learning needs. A combination course, which integrates both group and individual learning, is available at the school. An activity programme has been created so that students can join group Spanish classes and then join a structured social activity programme for the remainder of the day to practise their Spanish.
Accommodation: Homestay accommodation can be added to any course at LatinoSchools. This accommodation option is an excellent choice for full immersion into the daily life of Sucre.

“Group courses always start on Mondays but if you need to start on another day, you can opt for private tuition.”

Is it possible to book a course for longer than 6 months?
“If a student wishes to stay more than 6 months, they will need to apply for a STUDENT VISA and they must pay a full semester in advanced and then we can send all documents for the student to apply at the nearest Bolivian Consulate at the home country. If a student is hoping to stay for a long period of time, we highly suggest to combine the studies in different countries (Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia)”

I would also like to use leisure activities. Are these included in the course or extra?
“We organize few activities without any extra charge such us lectures, Spanish movies, etc. However, we do organize two activities per week that are super fun such as cooking, dance lessons, visits to museums, places of interest, professional soccer games at a stadium that are low in cost but each student is responsible to pay for the Transport, entrances or tickets necessary to do the activity. During the programme everything is in Spanish with one of our coordinators.”
