Location: Kiswahili Na Utamaduni (Kiu) Iringa is a Swahili language and culture school located in the city of Iringa, central Tanzania, East Africa. The school is centrally located and housed in the Neema Crafts facility. There are many amenities, restaurants, eateries and links to public transport within walking distance of the school. Attractions and sites of interest include Uhuru Park, the Iringa Bomba Museum, Samora Studium and more. The school is also close to the local university, schools, and next to the Iringa Regional Referral Hospital.
Course selection: Kiu Iringa supplies Swahili language programmes to students of all levels, over several schedules and intensities. Language and culture courses are also readily available at various intervals throughout the year. Kiu Iringa also supplies online courses.
Getting around: The best way to travel in and around Iringa is by local bus service. The closest bus stop to the school is the Posta Bus Stand, around a 300m walk from the school's front doors. The Iringa Nduli Airport is around a 15km car journey from the school. There are several lodgings and eateries close to the school.
Social and cultural: Kiu Iringa can help with information for all local excursions and cultural visits. There are many safari tour operators close to the school.
