What we like about the school

Location: InterCamps Abondance is located in the scenic and naturally rich surroundings of the French Alps. A Junior summer programme, this school is well located for students to gain an experience that is naturally rich whilst enjoying the experience of studying alongside an international community. The InterCamps Abondance is around a 2-hour journey from Geneva International Airport via public transport.
Course selection: The school provides junior summer programmes for learning English or French.
This summer camp EuroExperience programme is available to students aged 12-17 years. They are immersive, including tuition, accommodation, meals, activities, excursions and support.
Tuition is of at least 15 language lessons per week where students will learn reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Social and cultural: These junior programmes are filled with daily activities and various excursions per week, ensuring that students get ample opportunity to mingle with their peers whilst learning and enjoying the local culture, history and happenings.
These programmes include daily cultural activities for students to embrace the local historical, cultural, and natural sites and places of interest. Activities can consist of disco nights, bowling, movie nights, hiking, team-building exercises and more.
Excursions can include trips around Montreux and more.
Accommodation: Accommodation is within a typical mountain cabin resort, with shared rooms and bathroom facilities. There is a shared kitchen and a large dining room with mountain views.
