What we like about the school

Location: Anglo Guildford provides immersive junior summer camps from the Medieval town of Guildford, in southern England. Housed in the University of Surrey's Stag Hill Campus, students have the Guildford mainline train station, and an array of green spaces and amenities on campus. The town centre is also just a short walk away. Ensuring many evening activities and happening will be sure to have studetns investigating the local sites and places of social and cultural interest.
Course selection: These 14-night programmes are inclusive of 3.5 hours of lessons per weekday, four Anglo workshops, four full-day trips, four half-day trips, evening social activities, residential accommodation (full-board), and much more.
Excursions can include visiting nearby London and its sights, such as Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Southbank and more, in addition to trips to see the places of social, cultural and historical interest in Guildford.
Full-day trips can include further trips to London and a coach trip to Brighton.
Social and cultural: The summer programmes are full of social interaction amongst studetns, with activities planned every night of the week. Evening activities can include karaoke, discos, talent shows, team sports challenges, scavenger hunts, games nights, outdoor sports and much more.
Accommodation: The accommodation is in residential facilities in en-suite single rooms, each with a desk, wardrobe, and a single bed. The accommodation is within 3-storey buildings of around 30 rooms per building.

Visa Documents
Nationals from USA do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 20. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.
