Positive aspects of school
"Setting: friendly instructors; changing instructors weekly gave variety to teaching styles which was a plus. On-site kitchen with DELICIOUS food!"
Negative aspects
"Personally I would have loved to have done a cooking class even if only once a week. Paty produced fabulous food. I wish we could have bought a cookbook of her recipes with photos of the dishes and odd photos of teachers and school settings. I’ll be first in line to buy one! Not hardback and not huge or heavy!!"

"I like the school's atmosphere. The teachers know how to listen and are flexible in their teaching. I also believe that the classroom is important."
Negative aspects
"The only thing that I found difficult is that the teacher of the nextdoor classroom was speaking so loud that it was sometimes hard to understand people in our own classroom. We have to close the door and then it was very hot!"

"I liked Govanni's approach to teaching grammar. I am a visual learner and he uses diagrams. For me he made the imperative, the subjunctive easy. Thanks, Govanni. I also enjoyed the Tres Reyes celebration in the lobby, before classes stated. Govanni also taught Mexican culture, which I suppose explains the "experience" in the Spanish Experience Center. Everyone is very friendly."

"They have an excellent lunch service with homemade Mexican cuisine at very affordable prices. Also the school is located inside a roomy traditional hacienda style building with an open courtyard which adds to the overall atmosphere. On the other hand, I found that the school's policy of basing their prices in American currency made the school more expensive and somewhat punitive for Canadians."
