"All the teachers I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Everything was explained patiently. I enjoyed the lessons because the teachers also had a sense of humor and were challenging but not overwhelming."

"The classroom was very nice and bright. But it would have been good if the windows were more soundproof. And if there was air conditioning. Because the classroom I was in faced the street and was therefore often quite loud. So it wasn't always easy to understand each other. Even with the windows closed. But they couldn't stay closed for long, otherwise it got too warm. That's why we had air conditioning or maybe fans."

"Walls are very thin. Not very helpful if you want to study. Or even at night if you want to sleep. The house rules say that it's quiet time after 22:00. But very few people stick to it. In the afternoon, when you came home from lessons and wanted to do your homework, either the neighbours were playing loud music or there was construction noise in the house. Or preferably both. I think they're renovating a few rooms in the house. The house is old and needs renovation, but unfortunately it doesn't help with learning. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't cleaned regularly either. I was only there for a week. And I had assumed that someone would come at least once a week. But that wasn't the case. A classmate who is still there is now starting her third week and nobody came to clean her room in the first two weeks. There was never anyone at reception either. The canteen and crockery were always clean, the food ... well, it was okay. The location was very good. Supermarkets, pharmacies and small restaurants, cafés, bakeries - everything nearby. Bus stops are also nearby. I like walking, so it took me about 20-25 minutes to get to school."

Negative aspects
"Extremely poor organisation. 45-minute queues for meals (unacceptable). Communication difficulties with supervisors and sometimes very unfriendly. Probably overwhelmed. Chaos when allocating courses over several days. Poor organisation in the afternoons. Non-attendance was not noticed or did not interest the supervisors. We will not recommend the course to others and I think the course was far too expensive for the quality."

"Probably DELE exams. For children whose parents want a holiday from their children. Teachers are eager but sometimes frustrated. Some take it with humour."

"Despite placement test, students with very heterogeneous language levels in the class. Given the size of the school, I would expect a better composition. The school is more suitable for 16-22 year olds, there are hardly any older students. Coordination of morning material and afternoon individual lessons was not given. Different grammar topics. Organised events, once a week. Other, much smaller language schools do this better and with more commitment. Disrespectful students who come to class and leave when they want. Student quote: "I pay, so I come when I want". I have had much better experiences at other language schools in Spain."
