"The school was well organised and the staff were friendly. The teachers were professional. The afternoon excursions were interesting and allowed me to visit parts of the city that I would not have seen without the school guide. The morning classes combined with the afternoon excursions meant that I was exposed to the Italian language the whole day, this boosted my language progress."

"I didn't know I was going to be placed in an existing course. Learned quite a bit nevertheless! On the last day we only watched a film, which was a shame. The first day was cancelled due to illness, so learning time was shortened (but I had an individual lesson in return)."

"The accommodation was far too expensive for what was offered. You could hardly use the kitchen because everything was covered in grease and there was hardly any tableware. I didn't get to know much about the other flatmates. I thought you shared a flat with other language students, but that wasn't the case. That's why I was unhappy with the situation."

"We were not too happy about the accommodation even though it was, as promised, a flat with 2 separate bedrooms - fairly close to the school. The family itself (the father) was alright and polite. The flat was modern.
The reason why we did not like it was because:
- it was in a cellar with no view outside
- the family, living upstairs (the owners) could be heard all the time as there was an open stairwell in one corner of the kitchen, so at times it was difficult to fall asleep because of their television."
